Our curriculum is play-based and child initiated.

Children’s explorations, interests and observations are scaffolded alongside their peers with thoughtful and enriching possibilities.

This involves:

  • Daily planning and reflection shared with caregivers both in the morning and afternoon

  • Encouraging children to investigate, experiment and research the world around them and allowing this to guide their own learning and future plans

  • Group times, routines, transitions, indoor/outdoor play sessions engage our children in the development of Executive Functioning, language and communication skills, social interaction, mathematical concepts, physical challenges and resilience

“Early Childhood is a period of momentous significance for all people growing up in our culture.”

Donaldson, Grieve & Pratt 1983
